You still should, however from sent mail logs, it doesn't appear that notice was sent out to you on Feb 6-7th as it should have been. As of this writing, I'm not sure exactly why, but I'm looking into it.
I suspect it an anomaly, as it's been years since I made any changes that might affect this, and as the post above confirms, such emails were being delivered in Jan. But again, I'm still investigating.
