The shop is another chapter all together, doing mostly upgrades. We've added 400 amp service with meter and wired the whole shop. All new lighting (inside and out), insulated 3 doors, openers on 3 doors, and added AC/heat with duct work. Assembled a game room and ammo reloading station.
Can't forget landscaping! All new patio, sidewalks, concrete pad (50 X 75), driveway, privacy fence, and trees/bushes/shrubs.
Did I mention we downsized to cut down on labor 
Since this photo was taken we've planted 5 Chanticleer pear trees in the front and 12 Green Giants across the rear.
