I spent the first year and a half pulling down wallpaper, painting, changing switches/sockets and some fixtures. I also primered the garage and renovated the half bath. I had new windows and front door+screen installed. Now I have to do some touch-up painting, paint baseboards and re-paint the garage. I probably shouldn't clear rattle can nozzles against the wall.
If I get really bored I may start looking into engineered wood floors for the living room/dinning room and kitchen.
Overall, I enjoy home ownership, so far no major repairs.
