The pain of the shot was less that the pain I was having reaching for stuff... well worth doing.

Thank you for this I appreciate it.. My shoulder has excruciating pain when I make a bad movement with it the rest of the time I'm fine. My not sleeping well is because of the shoulder pain while sleeping, wakes me up..
