I remember back in HS a buddy and I went down to State Dept. building in an area of DC known as Foggy Bottom, part of the swamp.....his mother worked there and had her own office....with window and in the center of that floor was this desk farm and no partitions, I had never seen something like that before, and so I was shocked that when we got back from lunch, all the heads were just standing around visiting and talking near the water/coffee machines.....like they doing nothing all day.....
went there another time, same story......this was way the hell up in the air, like 8th? floor something.....wasn't even any security/guards/anything....
today I bet FPS has it locked down like an Egyptian tomb.....
