I freely admit that I like Tom Cruise,
as an actor. I don't defend his politics, his choice in "religion", or his antics off screen. I find all three distasteful, but if I hated on everyone that thinks, worships or treats couches the same way, I'd spend all day hatin'.
But... I will say he seems to be some rare type of liberal, scientologist kook that can make movies without shoving his personal beliefs down the audiences throat at every turn **coughseanpennalecbaldwin**, and I respect that. It allows us all to just enjoy his movies and avoid listening to him otherwise.
Plus, he's a huge Corvette guy, with many in his expansive car collection.
