A lot of jobs can be deemed "essential"
My entire staff is "essential" so I've been able to have everyone working. Administrative, painters, tile guys, electrical, cleaning crew, etc. I've had to make adjustments and temporary changes to ensure everyone's health and safety while distancing but it hasn't impacted us much.
Other businesses I work with have also been operating but with closed showrooms and offices.
Kitchen cabinets are still being made and delivered. Carpet company sends carpet and installers to me every week. Paint store is still mixing and delivering like always, just can't go into the store.
