I have flown SWA a lot over the last 20 years and overall their FAs are much more customer friendly than the legacy carriers.
An example...Two years ago my wife and I were flying STL to LAS. We board and get seats in the exit row. Only problem is my right arm is in a sling due to a torn rotator cuff. FA doesn’t say anything and we take off. Couple of minutes later the senior FA comes up to me and asks me to talk with her in the galley.
Turns out someone called out that I was in the exit row and the original FA could loose her job for letting me sit there. Senior FA said they needed to move me. Found another passenger in an aisle seat willing to swap. They also brought me multiple drinks and snacks throughout the flight. Both FAs thanked me when leaving the plane
