going back to Comeys earlier "no indictment" announcement... there was talk that he decided that the facts presented a borderline case - not pursue it.... and to just let the American voter pick this one.
just recently - more info has surfaced that tips the scales past "borderline" status... but this close to election day - Comey might again "let the American voters decide". I truly believe he hopes she loses the election, thus making his process a little less complicated (it would be easier to take down a losing candidate.... then to take down a newly elected official).
I will be very surprised if anything pertinent happens between now and Nov 8.
