We are fortunate enough that it was up to my Wife, we would have been fine had she wanted to stay home, but I left that choice up to her. For the time being she's opted to go back to work, we're fortunate enough her take home more than covers the day care. Now if we have a second one, I'm not sure if I can or even want to foot that $3,200 daycare bill
perhaps a nanny? Time will tell.
