The picture was taken from the big recovery vessel. You can see the black (burned from re-entry heat) capsule floating, perhaps 50-100 yards (at MOST) off the bow of the recovery vessel.
Aaaaannnnddd..... along comes the photobombing Trump-flagged vessel passing right between the two.
Although TECHNICALLY... the Trump vessel has the right of way because it's passing on the recovery vessel's starboard bow.
