GIF = Graphics Interchange Format


Odd the creator pronounces it JIF. How would a computer nerd know enough about English to know a G followed by an i, e, or y has a J sound. Wait... Given it more thought.


I still say Gif as did most of the people I was around before I retired from a computer company.



I say Jif when talking about my PBJ.
