The person who owned Cosmo & Clara (before he died and we took them in) paid for bilateral knee surgery for another Boxer friend at the dog park...think it set him back $7-8K. He said that Otto (surgery patient) was his supercharger for his car (he was a Mopar guy)
I told him he did good
the look of pride on his face as the dog frolicked in the park without pain was priceless.
