Their foster mom said she hasn’t had a problem with them clawing up stuff. Just in case, I already have rolls of double sticky tape to cover important stuff now and anything that shows any hint of clawing later. The don’t like the sticky feeling in their paws.

And I clip nails myself. It’ll take them a few times before they’re used to having it done, I’m sure.

I’ve had pretty good success with training the cats I have owned NOT be assholes.
