I used to get the steaks at Trader Joe’s years ago. Not sure if they still carry them. They’re very lean, so you can’t cook them above medium rare at most.
I had bison for the first time in Sedona, AZ. Probably 15+ years ago. At a place called the Cowboy Club. Had rattlesnake there for the first time, as well. I recommend them for anyone visiting Sedona.
