I have no room for one. I have on of those stainless steel boxes that you can fill with wood chips to turn a regular gas grill into a smoker.
I did a brisket a few years ago and it turned out awesome. We were just talking yesterday about doing it again.
Can't find brisket anywhere except specialty butcher shops though.
Literally never seen it ever in any grocery store or Costco.
