Semantic bullshit, their still a illegal alien at that point. All should be treated the same. Finger printed, photo taken, DNA taken then brought back to the border and a size 12 applied to their ass and a quick 'flight'' across the border with a good understanding if they come back they will go to jail for at least 20 years!
