Son has spent most of the week trying to switch cell service to a new phone. "Dave from Detroit" and "Susie from Sarasota" weren't exactly helpful either... Lol. I may have enjoyed his days of pain before asked again if he'd like me to fix shit. Hour of looking and hr messing with it and everything works now.
He seems to forget I've been working with computers since the 80s so I let him do shit his way(the hard way) .... He didn't back his Pc up and it went out last year, dumbass. Shit ton of info lost. Drive was completely toast unfortunately and unrecoverable.
