i don't know much, but this one i'm pretty sure about.
looks like it was a profile for some job, as the cut number is also on the steel.
that's the advantage of a shaper, you can order any profile you want, and this is often done to duplicate an old piece of work when doing restorations. you send them a piece you saved, they duplicate the cutter head to make that cut, and then either you, or a mill shop can run stock thru the shaper to make more stock for your job. like if you were restoring an old house and needed more door or window trim, or ceiling molding or some trim around a fireplace.
