Well, as quoted in the article in my post,mthe Ayatollah Khomeni married a ten year old girl and stated that Muslims should try very hard to make sure that their little girls did not have their first periods in their families homes.
So, yeah, I'd have to say with definite authority that someone who speaks for all of Islam subscribes to this pedophilia.
