so if i didn't return, it would have been the last thing I said to her.
every time she was somewhat a wake and could hear me and see me, the first thing i told her was "I love you", and then asked her if she hurt. if yes, call the nurse and get some pain meds. she was to be kept comfy, not in pain. they did.
