Have you thought of an open trailer and a really good cover?
Open trailers are good and featherlite makes a good one, that the left side fender comes off , or swings forward , for door opening, and they have a nose guard for it also, but I
WOULD NOT, trailer a car with a cover on it, it will seriously mess up a paint job, and don't ax me how I know.

An open trailer is less expensive, and pulls alot easier, and if you just go to the track and back, you can either build some storage on it or put it all in the back of a pickup, tires and such.
An enclosed trailer will pull harder and use more fuel, but you can keep all your belongings inside and out of sight, and it can be usede as a hangout during the day.
You can even sleep in and stay out the weather. They also can be used for storage during the off season.

I personally would go with one with at least 7000# axles and brakes on all four wheels

They got a lot of trailers out there, take your time and find one that is right for you and what you wanna do with a trailer.
