Another flaw in your argument: the Alabama {(R) primary. Trump endorsed Sessions' establishment candidate, yet Trump's own people and supporters stumped for, and eventually defeated that establishment Pub. This literally just happened.
I'm not surprised at all that Moore won. He's who I would have voted for. Trump gave a very half-hearted endorsement of Strange. Does anyone think Trump will be upset if McConnell or Ryan doesn't get their preferred candidate?
