Morning project: 3" Flush valve replacement, if I can find one locally
(Mansfield Barrett #206-1112).
Toilet sat unused for 6 years, chlorine used in radon water ate away at the
rubber gasket where the valve meets the bowl - got to disassemble the tank, ugh.
