the bacon jerky tastes like bacon. There is no difference between that and room temp think cut bacon.
I went to breakfast at Golden Corral once, a long time ago, and I took a whole plate of bacon and stood at the chocolate fountain.
There is a bbq place that does a breakfast buffet (Stangkiller, Mullet, and Bill Daniels know about it) and I have them make me bacon pancakes... with warm strawberries on it.
