I had a problem sleeping until I found a method that I have read was started by the Army. It is simple and involves 3 steps. Quietly breathe in for 4 seconds, hold breath for 7 seconds, and quietly breathe out for 8 seconds. It really works for me anytime I have trouble going to sleep or waking up during the night. You repeat for 4-5 times. Come back is a couple of weeks and tell us how you did.
