I'm not sure how many kids yet, but guessing about $3 a kid will be a nice start.
Also it wouldn't hurt to have a nice candy supply to hold till last, I remember the last time we did this we ran out of toys and I gave those kids cash as I didn't want to see any sad faces, and turn them away.
I don't want to let anyone here know what is planned, or kids will be showing up from many villages all over..
I'm thinking only up to about age 10 for the kids to get toys?

I have paypal here but probably wont do the shopping till the middle or end of November, so we may as well hold off awhile till we have a better idea of how many kids.
I'll leave it up to Rob how to work out checks if any, maybe send to him and he can deposit?
