We had an electric smoker from a couple, three years ago. I bought a cheap one since we weren't sure how we would like it. I've wore it out. Since our grill- and my wife would prefer I grill every meal- was an old gas grill that had went belly up and I "converted" to a charcoal burner 15 years ago, we needed a new one.
I've been stalking pellet grills since they looked to fit our lifestyle, but lord I hate spending money if it isn't on car parts.
But I really wanted the PitBoss… I still think I'm gonna build an old fashion smoke house in the back yard though...
