Daughter can be a handful, but overall a great kid. Has a steady bf, and is off to college this Fall!!
The boys, well, they are ALL boy, and are at a 110 mph all the time, byut they are fun!!
Tips for staying in shape, eat like a bird, if it tastes good, spit it out (Besides beer
), and stay away from soda and fast food, simple carbs, and sweets. I train 4-5 days a weeks tho, plus baseball with the oldest boy, and TKD twice a week with my son as well. Along with taking care of my mom's 300 acre farm (my father just passed away last fall), and our 70 acre farm...always on the go!!
