Having low oxygen levels for 40+ days now, I only require
external oxygen while active and during sleep.
While relaxing, my oxygen levels are in the low to mid 90s.
Last night was the first night in those 40+ days that my sinuses
didn't plug up as soon as I laid on my stomach in bed.
I hope this is a sign that I'm starting to come out of this crap.
