Sadly we knew this was coming, sux that it was this soon...am here till retirement, which is quite a while off.
It was a pretty hotly contested political race here...even more robocalls/postcards/TV commercials/canvassing than normal. The R incumbent even came here door-to-door campaigning...my suburb has over 75K people and 3 zip codes alone, so that was no small feat.
Since I hail from a smaller city in CNY, I am used to all the lib control BS and tax $ funneling down to NYC
our taxes here are low in comparison to what we were used to up there. Unf that is likely to change
