Nice. The electrical systems on those are pretty simple...very easy to isolate the safety switches from the engine. I sold a chit ton of those units back in the day.
FYI...If you want to find out how old the engine is, look at the "code" number. The first 6 digits will be the DOM (YYMMDD).
