Is it OK to wait til spring With the flip property needing concrete work i'm probably going to use the opportunity to cut a better deal and have my drive done at the same time as it needs to be done too. I don't want to have the lawn service guys come and do the yard if the concrete guys will just tear a part of it up?
Is aeration and overseeding as effective in the spring vs early fall? Any opinions?
