exactly, is a "super spreader event?"
California has some of the longest and most restrictive lockdowns and mask mandates, and is third from the top in per-capita cases right now. Florida has never had a statewide mask mandate; never had a statewide lockdown; restaurants are open for full capacity indoor dining; fans are allowed at sporting events; etc, etc, etc, and Florida is 25th for per-capita cases right now. But yeah, severely restricting people's freedom and destroying the economy works great at containing a virus - or not.
BTW, nobody is being denied healthcare in FL and hospitals and ICUs aren't full.
