Funny how my portfolio's don't reflect Biden's rhetoric. At All.
I DID email the City of Oakland (in CA) yesterday asking If I could now sell my rental house because Biden announced that the Pandemic was over.
Funny thing is, I still can't. Alameda County is still locked down in a 'state of emergency'.
Go figure.
Today I'm wondering, with oil at $83 per barrel, why gas is still priced as if it is $130 per barrel. We are paying right on $5 per gallon right now for 87 E-10 ethanol/regular.
