Same here. I run the Dissenter browser for normal browsing duty, it's based off the Brave browser but has all the tracking crap ripped out. Then I run uBlock Origin and Dissenter Shields, and it catches 99.99% of the crap that you can run into. Easy to customize per site, like turn off all scripting at certain sites. And virtually no ads ever, even on YouTube. Dissenter runs all the Chrome add-ons you may be used to. It's very stable now.

I just let Windows 10 built-in anti-virus handle the rest. I also run Linux on my laptop.
