I get your point by why do that if I've only had 3 jobs over 30 years? The math is quite easy for any employer to do and this is much cleaner since the 6 years at Sysco was bookended by the 9 years at the restaurant ('89-'93 then '99-'04).

Here again, since the math is so easy you're not convincing me why I should list start and end dates when I've only had 3 jobs in 30 years.
I even summed it up with this to further clarify there have been NO job gaps;
*30 years of Dedication; with only 3 entities over 30 years I've demonstrated a commitment to the endeavor and career I choose, and I'm ready for the next challenge.
