Hey Wendy, so far I've been smiling ear to ear just thinking of getting away from my current position. Stuff has been going down hill with a manager who is unfamiliar with a maintenance organization. He is used to a technical area and not all the moving parts.
The new boss seems level headed and I know a bunch of the salaried folks there now. In fact three of them worked with me on the other side of the plant. Most of the mechanics and electricians I am know.
It will be different having personnel working for me again.
