Default New job at work

In our company's long history they have never re-opened a closed facility. About two months ago Alcoa announce we would be starting back up three of our potlines to provide metal to the rolling mill. There were a bunch of new positions opened up so I applied for one, might as well try something new after 13 years on the rolling side.
I accepted the offer and am in the process of transitioning to the new job. Wow what a difference between the two jobs. Should be fully in the new spot at months end. We expect to start the first potline up in December. I've got a lot to learn and a steep learning curve to take it all in over the next few months.
