After over a year without a post, why return just to post this? What is the goal of the thread other than to get a bunch of people to dogpile on someone who apparently posts here? Given that this apparently spans 6 years, it seems to me that there might be just a bit more to it than has been stated.
I don't know the story and quite frankly it's none of my business. I honestly just don't get it.

As far as the subject is concerned, in my personal experience if money is given as a good gesture in a time of need, consider it a gift and don't expect it back. If it's a loan, it better be in writing.
