It's alive!
Turned motor by hand.
Cleaned carb.
Cleaned spark plug.
Cleaned magnet on flywheel.
Cleaned coil pack.
Cleaned ground cable attaching point.
Charged/discharged the very old battery numerous times and added a bit of water.
A few coats of Meguiars and it will be ready for Bring A Trailer!
It probably needs new belts, seat taped up, battery, and a couple other things to actually be useful and reliable.
My goal was to get it running and not blow my $10 budget for it.
