Notice of their rights has to be posted in their place to work.
If they want to organize, they can do it. Paying off some upper level union boss to "represent" them is clearly not in their best interests as judged by them.
And as you assessed Mr. Thrakk recently, if you say you are privy to labor negotiations at BMW, then I say you are full of shit.
