Not quite, it's a '51 Ferguson, Continental OHV engine, 4-speed, still 6 volt. Apparently a lot of the non-engine parts will interchange with Fords and Ford-Ferguson.
I bought it in 1977, in 2001 it had a sticky valve that went through the piston, and I rebuilt it.
Runs like the proverbial bear, although there is no adjustment left on the clutch. I have my fingers crossed that it will outlive me.
