Bare with me, I'm in the process of doing this right now.
Pics as they become available throughout the afternoon.
Started about 1.5 hours ago with a trip to the Herb Garden,
Got some cilantro and Parsley.
Created a marinade for the chops; Orange juice (fresh squeezed, Soy sauce, cumin, pepper, and garlic:
Found some left-over rum, so I cut up some strawberries, cherries, and blueberries for encouragement.
Made a stuffing of Sour Dough bread, bacon and pork sausage, and added some of the marinade to soften the bread.
Also cut up some onion, tomato, parsley, added red wine, vineagar, and pepper
for the bruchetta.
Put the stuffing and bruchetta topping in the refridgerator for a few hours.
Addded some smoked paprika to the chops, and put them in the fridge for awhile.
Sitting back relaxing with the berry Daquiri as I type.
Beer at cooking time: Approximately 2 hours from now.
Check back then.
My assistant came out to supervise(she's reading a Nook-book).
Rum-Berry drink #2 for me. Bottle is now empty.
OK, time to stuff those boyz......
Added some Feta cheese to the stuffing;
Put some grill marks on them (5 minutes each side),
Now on the top rack for 40 minutes at low heat. I'll turn them once.
Stay tuned.....
Bruchetta prep; Garlic and olive oil, then on the grill.
......
I'm living the High Life.
