Just curious, is this something that just started occurring, or were there any engine mod/tune changes recently made?
Any unique running conditions in which it occurs? Does the check engine light come on with it, or did you discover it just by checking codes?
Stock, the MAF sensor has to report >13500hz at least 12 times for this code to set. These values can be altered in the tune (and most definitely are altered for speed density tunes).
If self-tuned, what software are you using?
