This election reminds me so much of Reagan/Carter. People forget that on Oct. 26, 1980 the polls were showing Carter +11.
At any rate, one of the recent polls that showed Hillary +5 had an internal +36 D to R ratio. Rasmussen today has Trump +3 nationally. They had Obama +6 nationally in 2008 on this same date.
