Oh yes, that would have been one hell of a mess!!
That was the first thing I did.
We fought with that damn thing for 3.5 hours. finally read on the Jaglovers forum to try loosening the reaction plate (not REMOVING) and sure as chit, it gave us that 1/8" we needed to wiggle the thing off!
