I wrote off all of the fast food stuff, including bread and sugar in January 2020. Down 53lbs for my troubles. Best decision I ever made for myself. I haven’t held to the no bread/sugar militantly...I’ve had a few cheats along the way...doing the lifestyle change as an overall change...not a diet fad I rescind on in the next few months. I’ve donated all of my “fat” clothes. No going back.
Down 10” in my waist, went from having to stretch a XXL shirt down to a comfortable large(more weight to lose from the waist up), and feel better than I did as a young man. Once again, best decision I’ve ever made for myself.
