I'm not sure what the JW harness is as the tails just plug directly in to the factory harness and the sequential harnesses that I have seen go between the tails and the factory harness. All the other LEDs just plug in like a normal bulb.
Maybe the JW harness is a hyperflash preventive which would go in the dash up and behind the knee bolster.
