It's been a while since i started therapy. It's been going well since the doc put me on a serenity program. When i start to get worked up, my doc has me taking a few deep breaths and repeating a small little phrase. It seems to be working now. He also suggested taking up a stress relief hobby, so i've taken up target shooting. I just visualize the things that make me angry and shoot at them. Since i've started this therapy, i've only had one small blow up.
